Since June 2026, Nico has been active as an independent real estate agent in Aruba for RE/MAX Aruba (Team de Munck Mortier). Home Watch Aruba Basic + rental home introduction, full tour of a property explaining all the key workings, a basic guide to the area attractions and amenities, check-in & check-out tenant(s) and cleaning of a home. Best option for homeowners who do rent out the home by themselves or a rental company.

Home Watch Aruba Standard + we rent out your home and handle the settlement and private Aruba airport (AUA) transfers in our high quality Cadillac Escalade Premium (vacation rental guests and home owners only) Best option for homeowners who do not want to rent out themselves and looking for a premium full services.
